[attachment=0]MVC1-1016S (6).JPG[/attachment]U-20 Adjustable Cam sprocket with finite predetermined repeatable settings This kit is built around a new US made cam sprocket that is made from alloy steel and heat treated to the proper hardness for wear resistance.

This kit is installed without any cam modification or changes to any engine part. There are 5 inserts provided to make cam advance/retard settings of: 0 degrees, 2 degrees, 4 degrees, 6 degrees or 7 degrees. Each insert is marked with the amount of cam advance/retard it creates. Each insert fits in the cam sprocket and the small hole in the camshaft and is retained with the large washer. There is no interference from the kit components and other engine components

The price of the kit including the sprocket is $195.00. A new small jackshaft gear made from heat treated alloy steel is also available for $110.00

I made a similar kit in 2007 but misplaced the tooling. This kit is made from a new set of tooling.

Tensioners and some of their components are also available.
